This event will feature a presentation from Ayla Germond. Ayla is a holistic health and self-love coach dedicated to empowering women to build habits that strengthen their confidence, mindset, and body. At Fit & Fearless, Ayla combines fitness, mindfulness, and personal development to help her clients achieve physical and mental well-being. Her mission is to guide women in creating a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle that aligns with their goals while nurturing self-love and resilience.
Then, this Saturday, February 22, 2025, you can join the 26th Annual MSP/NRP Deep Creek Dunk and take a daring dip into the frozen Deep Creek Lake to benefit the 19,871 athletes and Unified® teammates of Special Olympics Maryland! Deep Creek Dunk is also one of this year's First Fruits February recipients!
Special Olympics is a global sports movement that unleashes the human spirit every day around the world through the transformative power and joy of sport. Through programming in sports, health, education and community building, Special Olympics is tackling the inactivity, stigma, isolation, and injustice that people with intellectual disabilities (ID) face.
