Our month's presenter will be Krysta Huxford, owner of Practical Pilates.
Krysta was looking for a new exercise regimen and decided to try Pilates. Fast forward 14 years and what started as an interest, grew into a passion and ultimately became a business.
Practical Pilates, LLC allows Krysta to try and instill that passion in others. As the business name implies, she enjoys the accessibility that Pilates offers to clients at all levels of fitness.
She is a Peak Pilates Comprehensive Level 1, 2 and Mat Certified Instructor. Her studio offers private mat and reformer classes. She also teaches group mat classes at Jitterbug Movement Studio, in Oakland, MD.
When not in the studio practicing or teaching, Krysta adores spending time outdoors with her family.
